ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

Dieter’s Metal Fabricating Ltd, a leading supplier of steel products, is committed to the protection and sustainability of the environment. We have documented, implemented and maintain an Environmental Management System with measurable goals to reduce our impact on the environment and will:

• Continually improve our Environmental Management System (EMS).

• Commit to prevent pollution by reducing, re-using and re-cycling to the fullest extent possible in all departments of our company.

• Comply with all applicable legal and other requirements that relate to our environmental aspects.

• Communicate the importance of compliance and participation to the EMS to all employees and persons working for or on behalf of Dieter’s.

This Environmental Policy is available to the public and shall provide the foundation for our Environmental Management System. It will be reviewed periodically and revised as necessary to reflect local and global concerns on environmental matters.
